1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and 788win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 788win website located at https://788win.bio, including all associated products, services, features, and content.

By accessing the 788win platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 788win platform.

788win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to use the 788win platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gambling or sports betting activities.
• You understand that online gambling may be restricted or regulated in your jurisdiction, and you accept full personal responsibility for verifying the legality of your participation under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or close associate of 788win or any of its affiliated entities.

788win does not make representations as to the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful.

3. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 788win platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your 788win account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your name. 788win may, at any time, request supporting documentation to verify the identity of any account holder, including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your 788win account, you must notify customer support immediately via live chat.

• Accounts registered using false information may be suspended without notice.
• 788win reserves the right to close any account that cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

788win accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions on the platform are conducted in PKR. 788win does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your 788win account and may be revised from time to time. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your playing balance within two (2) minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. 788win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours for fully verified accounts. 788win reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit wherever technically possible. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any bonus funds applied to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• 788win reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or abuse of bonus terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set out in the cashier section and are subject to change.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

788win offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply at 788win:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are displayed in the promotion terms.
• 788win reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus has already been claimed, its terms will remain in effect for the duration of that specific promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 788win may withdraw any bonus offer from any player it determines to be engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Each promotion is limited to one per person, household, device, or IP address unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 788win platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type, as published on the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all 788win sports betting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 788win does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where the rules of the applicable market provide for such cancellation.
• 788win reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds due to human or technical error.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, applicable rules for each sport will govern settlement. Players should refer to the specific cricket betting rules for PSL and international fixtures.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• 788win reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its absolute discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
• Any bet placed using funds suspected to be derived from fraudulent payment activity will be voided and the relevant account suspended.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 788win platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or assisting in the operation of more than one account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to automate betting or gaming activity.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity connected to the corruption of sporting events.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system glitches for financial gain.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods to fund your 788win account.
• Money laundering or any activity designed to disguise the proceeds of criminal activity through the platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person during the registration or verification process.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, while knowingly misrepresenting your location.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 788win platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of 788win or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the 788win platform is the exclusive property of 788win.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 788win platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform, use of the platform, or access to the platform without express written permission from 788win.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788win and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

788win makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 788win will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability which cannot by law be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Privacy & Data

788win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering and using the 788win platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected at registration and during account verification, including CNIC details and mobile numbers associated with JazzCash or Easypaisa accounts, is used solely for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. 788win does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

788win is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity, all accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 788win is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. 788win's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
